We are the Irish Restaurant Company. Our first restaurant, The Galway Bay Irish Pub and Restaurant, opened in Annapolis in December of 1998. Since then our restaurant family has continued to grow to four fine establishments, three in Maryland and one in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts. Each restaurant has been developed with its own unique character and design yet all possess a common trait of good food, fine drink, and open, honest hospitality.
