About the Irish Restaurant Company
The Irish Restaurant Company began with the opening of Galway Bay, located in Annapolis Maryland, in Dec 1998. Although the company itself did not exist at that time it evolved following further expansion and is now an organization operating four locations, three in the Annapolis, Maryland and one in Mattapoisett, South Shore Massachusetts.
It is the Irish Restaurant Company's vision to develop a truly Irish Concept that operates in many local neighborhoods throughout Maryland and its bordering States. Each restaurant location will be chosen to cater to the local residents of the community. Over time, each restaurant will become an integral part of its community operating with a recognized mission to provide good value, authentic quality food, great beverages, an environmental and sustainable ethic, an involved interest in local causes and charities all delivered with the grace of professional Irish hospitality.
Each restaurant will strive to convert their customers to become ambassadors for their newly found Irish local. We hope you feel this way following a visit to any of our establishments.
